Express Bonding Services is one of the leading laminate fabricators in the UK, we specialise in all aspects of bonding, post forming and processing.

During the last twenty years we have produced laminated componants for almost every industry imaginable from shopfitting to schools, hospitals to offices.

The laminates we use come from every corner of the world, brand names such as Formica, Polyrey, Print and Wilsonart are all regularly being processed alongside our own Select range.

The range of services offered are from simple flat bonding through to complex nursing stations for NHS hospitals.

Having recently added a fourth hydraulic press to our production facility we are now capable of producing in excess of 600 bonded boards per day, with platen sizes from 2440 mm x 1220mm to 3660mm by 1525mm and core thickness's from 4mm through to 100mm.

                                                

To support our production needs we hold significant stocks of laminate, at any one time our warehouse can be holding over 20,000 sheets, enough to cover 160 football pitches.

This is supplimented by a supply chain of Laminate distributors who provide us with rapid access to all the major Laminate brands on an overnight basis ensuring that we can give a rapid turnaround.

Basically if we have an order by 14.00 hours on Monday and the laminate and core is readily available, the finished boards would be ready for onward transmission the following day.
