Our products

It is difficult to categorise the products we supply, so here is an overview of what we do.

Sample Product Range

Bonded Boards Basically this is what we would typify as the bulk end of our business, simply put we bond a sheet of laminate to a core board (usually mdf, chipboard or plywood). We have presses capable of bonding sheet sizes of 2440 x 1220, 3050 x 1220 and 3660 x 1625, other sizes are possible using other techniques. Core thickness's vary from 3mm to 100mm although 18mm mdf is by far the most common. Most of our bonding is carried out using a water resistant PVA adhesive, although we are capable of using other types depending on the customers requirements for the finished product. After bonding the panels are trimmed and cleaned prior to dispatch.
Table Tops The Table Tops that we produce are aimed primarily at the Educational market. We offer all types of styles and edge details but find most of our customers prefer our Bullnosed product. This consists of an 18mm MDF core that has a decorative face of HPL laminate and is balanced in (also in laminate) to make a stable and resiliant working surface that is easy to maintain, the exposed edges are bullnosed and the corners raduised,the MDF is then spray coated with three coats of lacquer, the end result is a durable that is not easy to damage or disfigure.
Writing Arms As with the Table Tops, the Writing Arms are produced on the CNC. We can program the machine to make any shape Arm providing that you give exact specifications. Along with the range of laminates, even solid grade, your Writing Arm can be unlike anything anyone has ever seen.
Postformed Work Surfaces This is what we would term our "Bespoke" service, like buying a suit you could get one "off the peg" but if you want one that is just right it needs to be made to measure. If you want a Kitchen worktop in a particular laminate or to a special size, we can make it. We also produce complex structures that are used in Hospitals such as the HTM range for nursing stations.
Toilet Cubicles This is another of our "Bespoke" systems, each contract is unique as the sizes vary and the laminate finish can range from a very basic plain colour to real wood veneer laminates and the metallics ranges. Over the years we have provided unique solutions to contractors fitting out everything from football clubs to bars and pubs using laminates that have been chosen to meet the demands of the end user. We also produce a huge variety of vanity worktops with built in upstands and downstands to suit the differing sinks sets in use in toilet areas today.
